You have to be more specific, nobody considers Manchu Qing to be a HAN Chinese dynasty, but it’s definitely considered CHINA, and in the modern era, Manchu is as Chinese as it comes. In fact, Puyi was not even the real last emperor. (unless you insist on calling this pigtail wearing Manchu lord “Chinese emperor”). The last emperor of China, Emperor Yongli of Ming was murdered by Manchus barbarians in 1661. Puyi was no more the last emperor of China than George VI the last emperor of India. (And of course, no less, since the conquerors always arrogated to themselves fancy titles to assert the legitimacy of their colonial rule.)
